Rick Clay will make all arrangements & be leading the following trips. Can YOU help with this worthwhile ministry?

1. Electricians and/or volunteers with some electrical experience needed for work at Beecher UCC in New Orleans for one week, last minute trip can be arranged mid to late August.

2. Week of December 8th 2008 back to New Orleans to continue to assist rebuilding efforts of member homes & Beecher UCC.

3. Week of February 9th 2009 volunteers needed for general type carpenter and/or roof replacement for homes damaged in central Florida after tornados last year. We will be working with VIND (Volusia Interfaith Network of Disaster) organization again as we did this past April.

4. Week of June 16th 2009 Myerstown UCC sponsored "youth" mission trip to New Orleans. Neighboring community UCC youth will also be invited along to assist with re-building efforts, all kinds of jobs lined up for youth & adults. We will need 1 adult along for every 5 youth. Some age restrictions in place per UCC.

Please consider spending one week of your time to assist people who need our help, Christians helping Christians. Women are most welcome on all trips. See Rick Clay for further details and arrangements.
